There is so much for little ones to see each day - explore a few of them in I see. This book is a wonderful learning tool for the youngest children, as each page shows a new object on the left and then shows a child interacting with the objective on the complimentary page. The pictures are easy to focus on as the colors are prominent with bright and dark shades mixed, and there is minimal or no background to distract your child's attention. They will learn to recognize the common objects like a butterfly, an airplane, and the moon.

This is a small book with board pages to encourage holding and handling from your child. You can point at each object while you repeat the word, and add some fun with sound effects for the frog. This book can be read in any order, and any number of pages at a time, so it can be started and stopped depending on your little one's attention.

When my niece, Emily, was less than a year old, she enjoyed holding (and sometimes chewing on) this book, flipping the pages in no particular order. Whatever page she landed on, I would point at and name the object. I knew Emily was paying attention when she would make noises after I named an object, as though she were repeating me.
