This is a very cute play on one of every kid's favorite games, peek-a-boo. With funny wordplay and repetitive text, the book is perfect for young children. The last page of the book is home to a little mirror accompanied by the words "peek-a-you!", which will make any child laugh.
This small book has thick, sturdy pages with unique cut outs that are strong enough to stand up to lots of investigation by little hands. You both will have fun looking through the holes in the pages and interacting fully with each page.
The end of this book blew my nephew, Joshua's, mind. When he saw his face in the mirror, he let out a giant squeal and couldn't stop laughing. This book provided an excellent opportunity for Joshua and I to share some time and laughs together.

Our little man absolutely loves this book! He loves playing peek-a-boo right now and even tries to say peek-a-boo every time I say it, although his sounds a little more like "Baa-ba-boo!" He loves to cover his eyes and then fling his arms back wide and of course, he loves it just as much when I play peek-a-boo too! Reading through this book has been so much fun and it is such a cute book! The illustrations are big and colorful and the pages are easy for little man to turn on his own. Little man has also had fun pointing to all the different things in the book to learn their names.
