This is another book from the Dora series which emphasizes that there is nothing to fear about going to the doctor. Since Dora is a character that so many little ones already know and trust, the book will quell feelings of anxiety about going to the doctor by explaining the process start to finish. The book has familiar and cute illustrations and infuses some Spanish words as well.

The book is a thin paperback, so it will be a perfect size for toddler hands. In typical Dora fashion, it is very interactive, and questions are asked throughout the story. By asking direct questions to your little one, the book becomes a fun game that you can enjoy together.

My nieces love everything that Dora does, so this book was very successful in helping my sister convince her to go to the doctor without too many complaints. She has this book in her arsenal of stories to read before any doctor-bound trips.
