"Where is Baby's Belly Button" will help teach your little one where some of their body parts are. With thick pages and flaps of various sizes and shapes, your child is encouraged to participate in the reading. The pictures are simple cartoons of babies that all look a little bit different from one another, and are surrounded by bright primary colors and the familiar patterns of poka dots, flowers, plaid, diamonds, and hearts. Each set of pages asks in large letters on the left page where a body part is located, and then shows that body part under a flap on the right page.

This is a very interactive book that you and your little one can put down during each page and find your own belly button, eyes, or feet. As your child learns to point at the correct body part, they will be excited when you cheer and tell them "Yes! You did it!" When not reading together, child may want to hold the book in their lap and practice turning the pages and flipping the flaps.

My one-year-old friend, Mosley, loves to read this book with both mommy and daddy playing along and pointing at their belly buttons, then tickling his. Mosley hasn't learned to find all of the body parts on his own yet, but he is learning more each day.
