Customer Accounts
You do not need an account to make an initial purchase from Little One Books. However, if you have purchased with us before and want to use the same email address, our system will retain your customer information and you will need to log into your account to complete a transaction. If you are a new customer or use a different email address, you do not need to create an account. Creating an account will save you time during the checkout process.
Payment Options
We accept Visa and Mastercard, as well as Discover and American Express. We also accept PayPal. You can also pay by using a debit card. We will accept payment by mail or phone.
Gift Certificates
Gift certificates must be redeemed through Little One Books. Each gift certificate is matched to a code that is recorded on the gift certificate that we mail to you. Each time you make a purchase, the purchase amount is deducted from the gift certificate value. If an order exceeds the amount of the gift certificate value, the balance must be paid with a credit card or other available payment options.
Gift certificates cannot be redeemed for cash. We are not responsible for lost or stolen gift certificates. The minimum order for a gift certificate is $10.00. Gift certificates expire one year after issue.
Upon purchase, we will mail the gift certificate to your recipient of choice.
Contest Restrictions
Little One Books participates in contests on other blogs and websites and offers contests on our own website. We provide gift certificates to most contest winners to redeem at our website. Gift certificate winners are not eligible to combine a gift certificate that they won as part of a contest with other promotions, such as free products or other discounts.
Wish List
We offer an online wish list that allows you to maintain a record of your favorite items. You must have an account to create a wish list.

Shipping and Handling
We charge $3.95 per order for shipping and handling within the United States, regardless of the number of items purchased. This rate is for the United States Post Office (USPS) and is not applicable to multiple physical addresses. All shipping and handling charges are in U.S. dollars, and are subject to change. Shipping and handling is free for orders over $35.00.
Return Policy
Little One Books offers a refund for product within 60 days of shipment. We do not refund shipping, handling, or gift wrapping charges.

Refunds will be credited to your credit card or bank account once the product has been received by Little One Books. Credit will be applied to the credit card or bank account used to make the purchase. If you paid by check, we will issue you a refund check. We do not issue refunds on gift certificates.
